When Richard Rosenblatt sold MySpace, he was onto something big, and he knew it. So he sold off MySpace and moved onto his next big project, Demand Media. Today Demand Media is rumored to be under Yahoo’s microscope as a possible purchase target.
Demand Media is banking about $250 Million per year, which would create a valuation of between $1.5-2 Billion, according to tech crunch.
So what do you get with Demand Media?
ENOM – domain registrar
Ehow.com
Trails.com
Run.com
Cracked.com
+ a very well connected group of people.
Demand media also bought Pluck last year for a rumored $75 million.

For $2B, I’d rather purchase Oversee.net which is raking in $250M/yr.
