I just saw Ben Lloyd’s tweet about Danny Sullivan being the Keynote Speaker for Search Fest in 2009. SEMpdx has held Search Fest in 2007 and in 2008 and it has grown exponentially each year. It looks like it’s confirmed that the 2009 SearchFest Keynote Speaker will be Danny Sullivan of SearchEngineLand.com and 3rd Door Media.

SearchFest 2009 is officially a wrap! After a very long and information filled day at SearchFest, you can be sure that there has been some great coverage in the Search Engine space.

First, check out the live blogging that I and several other search engine marketing company employees did during the event over at the SEMpdx blog.

Rebecca Kelley over at SEOmoz did a great job of recapping some of the top presenters this year. Rebecca seemed to have a great time: “Overall, I gotta give major props to the Searchfest organizers. This year’s seminar was the best yet–they pulled in some big names and speakers who actually flew in to attend/present. The godfather of search himself, Danny Sullivan, even flew in to give the morning keynote. He was his usual engaging, “Listen to me because I know my shit” self. I really hope that he had a chance to visit Voodoo Doughnut while he was in Portland. I went there and had a bacon maple bar that was ridiculously awesome.”
