Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the ScottFish Analytics service (“Service”) operated by ScottFish Analytics (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Account Registration

1.1 Google Authentication

Our Service uses Google OAuth for authentication. By creating an account, you:

• Agree to provide accurate and complete information
• Are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
• Acknowledge that we are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept that we may refuse service to anyone for any legitimate reason

1.2 Google Analytics 4 Access

Our Service requires access to your Google Analytics 4 data. You represent that you have the authority to grant us access to the GA4 properties you connect to our Service. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings.

2. Service Usage and Limitations

2.1 API Usage

Our Service leverages Google Analytics 4 APIs. Usage is subject to:

• Google's API Service Terms
• Quotas and limitations imposed by Google
• Fair usage policies as determined by ScottFish

2.2 Data Processing

We process your GA4 data solely to provide the Service functionality. We do not:

• Store your analytics data on our servers
• Use your data for purposes other than providing the Service
• Share your data with third parties

3. Service Availability and Support

3.2 Hosting Infrastructure

Our Service is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Service availability may be affected by:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Changes to Vercel's infrastructure
• Factors beyond our reasonable control

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ScottFish and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our code or visual design elements
• Attempt to reverse engineer any portion of the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScottFish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any changes to Google Analytics 4 or its APIs
• Data inaccuracies or misinterpretations
• Unauthorized access to your data

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
